Programs Make a Difference!
Mentors participating in BBBS Programs make a very real difference
in the lives of youth! A recent Private Ventures evaluation showed
that youth participating in BBBS mentoring programs:
Show increased self esteem
Improve relationships with peers and family
Improve performance in schools
Are more likely to attend school
Are less likely to make high risk choices such as using drugs and/or
alcohol
How to Enroll Your Child
Call, email, or stop in to one of our offices. The process is simple!
The parent/guardian will fill out the initial application then BBBS
staff will come to your home to conduct and interview/assessment to
enroll your child. Then BBBS staff will find, recruit, and train a
volunteer that will become your child’s new Big Brother or Big
Sister.

How to Become a Big!
Call, email or stop into one of our offices to fill out an application!
Once your application is completed a BBBS staff will come to your
home to conduct an interview assessment. Once all background information
checks are completed, we will train and match you with a child who
is waiting to have YOU as a mentor!
